We aim to dispatch your order quickly and deliver it as efficiently as possible using trusted carriers.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via Australia Post, using either Standard or Express Post services.

Shipping Costs

• Free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $99
• Orders under $99 incur a flat rate of $9.95 (Standard Post)
• Express Post is available for a flat rate of $19.95

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post network conditions.

• Standard Shipping (In Stock): 5–7 business days
• Standard Shipping (Pre-Order): Up to 15 business days
• Express Shipping (In Stock): 2–3 business days

Please note: Express Post is prioritised by Australia Post but is not guaranteed.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders placed before 11:00am AEST (Monday–Friday) for in-stock items are typically dispatched the same business day
• Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day
• Pre-order items will be dispatched once stock becomes available

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Items

While we take care to ensure your order arrives safely, once dispatched, delivery is handled by Australia Post.

• If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery (or expected delivery)
• We will work with Australia Post to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible
