Returns and Refund Policy


At Industrial Workwear & Safety Co., we aim to make your shopping experience straightforward and reliable. If something isn’t quite right, the information below explains your options and how to organise a return.

Change of Mind & Size Returns

If you need to return an item due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing, we’re happy to assist within the below conditions.
Eligibility requirements:
If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase or received the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in resaleable condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be included
  • A valid proof of purchase is required
Please be aware:
  • Return postage is at the customer’s expense
  • Shipping fees from the original order are not refundable
  • Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method

Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Goods

Your purchase is covered by Australian Consumer Law, which means you’re entitled to a remedy if a product:
  • Has a fault or manufacturing defect
  • Differs from its description or advertised features
  • Is not suitable for its intended use
  • Is unsafe
What to do:
If you believe there is an issue with your item, please get in touch with our team promptly and include:
  • Your order details
  • A brief explanation of the problem
  • Clear photos showing the issue
We’ll review your claim and, where applicable, organise a replacement or full refund, including any relevant shipping costs.

Returns Assessment & Timeframes

After your return arrives:
  • Our team will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return criteria
  • You’ll be advised once your return has been assessed
  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
  • Products that have been worn, used, or laundered
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Selected PPE or safety gear where reuse is not suitable

Additional Conditions

  • Returns requested outside the 14-day window for change of mind may not be accepted
  • We do not offer direct exchanges for change of mind — if you need a different item, please return your purchase (if eligible) and place a new order
  • Returns that do not meet the stated conditions may be declined and sent back
